ATC Challenge

This month's Bella Art design Team project is to create a layout and incorporate 9 ATC's on it. OMG, ATC's never done one! This should be fun and out of my box again!!! Look at all the goodies I have to play with for this. LOVE the stings of pearls. I drew the theme Ice princess. Time to get creative!!!!!
